Barbones V4 edition (plus Darkbones V1 edition)

Hail and well met stranger,

It has been a hot minute, but the gears haven't stopped turning in the old meat grinder. I just finished up the ruleset on talismans (or skin tags as the commoner knows them by ... you'll see what I mean). Additionally, I created a darkbones edition of the supplement for all of you that like dark mode everywhere else.
